Sarva I.T & Educational Development (SITED) is a company registered under the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and licensed by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India, under Licence No. 2/114/T-1/08/D, read with the notification of the Central Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs, Department of Company Affairs No. GSR 288(E) dated 31.05.1991.
The organization is registered under CIN: U72900HP2008NPL030981 and operates as an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Organization.
Sarva I.T & Educational Development (SITED) operates as an autonomous, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting computer literacy, skill enhancement training and self-employment oriented educational programs. Its primary aim is to empower financially weaker sections of society, especially those residing in rural and semi-urban regions, by providing accessible and affordable training opportunities.
2. Nature of Training Programs
The training programs conducted by Sarva Education (SITED) are designed to provide computer education and skills advancement training outside the formal education system. These programs are conducted under the IT & Skill Advancement Training Awareness Programme of SITED, primarily intended to promote self-employment & employment in the non-formal sector. Sarva Education does not operate as a formal educational institution within the statutory framework governing by universities or boards or councils.

All information relating to training programs, admissions, training centres, and related services published on this website is provided solely for general informational purposes for trainees, centre owners, and the public. The information is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose.

5. Training Centre Authorization and Responsibility
Sarva Education authorizes training centres to conduct training programs only at the location specified in the centre authorization certificate.
All operational responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Infrastructure and equipment
- Staffing and salaries
- Centre premises and facilities
- Local registration and regulatory approvals
- Taxes and statutory compliance
shall remain solely the responsibility of the concerned centre owner.
Sarva Education does not invest in, manage or control the operational activities of authorized training centres.
6. Course Fees and Financial Matters
Course fees are determined and collected by the authorized training centre owner.
Sarva Education (SITED):
- Does not collect tuition or examination fees directly from trainees
- Does not share in such fees collected by centre owners
- Shall not be responsible for disputes regarding fees between trainees and centre owners
All payments made toward registration or training programs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
7. Certificate Issuance Policy
Certificates, diplomas, mark sheets, or training credentials are issued by Sarva Education only after:
- Successful completion of the training program
- Verification of trainee registration with SITED
These certificates are issued under the organization’s Non-Formal IT & Skill Advancement Training Awareness Programme.
8. Employment and Admission Disclaimer
The certificates issued by Sarva Education are primarily intended for:
- Skill Advancement
- Self-employment opportunities
- Employment in the non-formal sector
While many trainees have successfully obtained employment in government or private organizations, view some of candidates job verification letter here.
However, acceptance of Sarva Education's issued certificates depends entirely on the eligibility criteria, policies and discretion of the concerned employer or authority.
Sarva Education does not guarantee employment, job placement, or acceptance of certificates for admission or recruitment purposes.
9. Intellectual Property Disclaimer
All software names, trademarks, logos, titles, or designs mentioned on this website or printed materials remain the property of their respective legal owners.
Sarva Education (SITED) does not claim ownership, partnership, licensing or affiliation with such software products.
These references are displayed solely for educational awareness and demonstration purposes within training programs.
10. Clarification Regarding the Term “Self Declared Institute”
Sarva I.T & Educational Development and its service marks SITED, Sarva Education, Sarva Computer Education shall not be interpreted or legally represented as a “Self-Declared Institute.”
Any use of the term “Institute” on websites, social media, or promotional materials is solely for identification, categorization, and search engine visibility purposes, and does not alter the legal status of the organization as a registered autonomous training provider.
11. Clarification Regarding Coaching Centre Rules
Sarva Education and its authorized centres do not fall within the definition of a “Coaching Centre” under the Ministry of Education Coaching Centre Guidelines 2024, as the organization does not provide:
- Coaching for school or university academic programs
- Coaching for competitive examinations
- Academic tutoring or curriculum support for formal education
The organization provides basic IT and skill development training programs only.
12. Clarification Regarding Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan (SSA)
Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan (SSA) is a Government of India program under the Ministry of Education for universal school education.
Sarva Education (SITED):
- Has no relation, affiliation or association with SSA
- Operates independently as a registered company providing skill development training
The similarity in the word “Sarva” is purely coincidental.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or use of this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Himachal Pradesh, India.

- The organization does not claim any affiliation, approval, recognition or equivalence of its issued certificates with any UGC, AICTE, university, board, council or government-recognized academic qualification.
The certificates issued by the organization are training certificates granted under its autonomous non-formal computer education and skill advancement programs. These certificates are intended solely for skill advancement, self-employment opportunities and employment within the non-formal sector and not as academic qualifications under any statutory educational authority.
18. Legal Protection Clause Against Misrepresentation by Training Centres
Sarva I.T & Educational Development (SITED) operates through independently managed authorized training centres across different locations in India.
Each authorized associate centre owner operates, manages and regulates the training centre on his/her own responsibility and must strictly follow the rules, policies and guidelines issued by the SITED Office.
Authorized centres shall not make any false, misleading or unauthorized representations, including but not limited to claims that:
- Sarva Education courses are equivalent to UGC, AICTE or government degree/diploma programs
- Sarva Education certificates guarantee government jobs or placements
- Sarva Education is affiliated with any government ministry, board, council or university
- Sarva Education courses are mandatory or officially recognized for any specific government recruitment
Any such claim, promise or representation made by an authorized associate centre owner, staff member or agent without written authorization from Sarva Education (SITED) shall be treated as personal misrepresentation by the concerned individual.
Sarva Education (SITED) shall not be responsible or liable for any financial, legal or reputational consequences arising from such unauthorized representations.
If any trainee or member of the public receives false or misleading information from any training centre regarding course recognition, job guarantee or certificate equivalence, the concerned centre owner shall be solely responsible and legally liable for such misrepresentation.
Sarva Education reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate the authorization of such training centre
- Remove the centre from the official list of authorized centres
- Initiate appropriate legal action against the centre owner for violation of organizational policies and misuse of the Sarva Education name or brand.
Prospective trainees and members of the public are strongly advised to verify all official information regarding Sarva Education training programs, certificates and policies only from the official website: www.sarvaindia.com or directly from the Head Office of Sarva Education (SITED) before taking admission.
19. Student / Trainee Responsibility & Acknowledgement Clause
Before taking admission in any training program conducted under Sarva I.T & Educational Development (SITED) through its authorized training centres, every trainee and/or his/her parent or legal guardian is required to carefully read and understand all terms, conditions, policies, disclaimers and rules published on the official website/s of Sarva Education as well as those mentioned on the admission form and other official documents.
By signing the admission form and completing the registration process, the trainee and/or guardian expressly confirms and acknowledges that:
- They have read, understood, and accepted all terms, policies, clarifications and disclaimers issued by Sarva Education (SITED).
- They clearly understand and acknowledge that the training programs offered by Sarva Education are non-formal computer education and skill training programs, intended solely for skill advancement and for self-employment or employment in the non-formal sector Only.
- They acknowledge that Sarva Education certificates are not equivalent to formal academic degrees or diplomas issued by universities, boards or statutory authorities.
- They understand that employment opportunities, job selection or acceptance of certificates for further studies depend entirely on the policies and discretion of the concerned government or private organizations.
Once the admission form is signed by the trainee or guardian and accepted by the authorized centre, it shall be legally presumed that all conditions, disclaimers and policies have been fully understood and accepted.
Accordingly:
- No claim of ignorance, misunderstanding or lack of awareness regarding these terms shall be entertained at any later stage.
- No trainee, guardian or centre owner shall raise disputes against Sarva Education (SITED) on matters already covered under the published terms and disclaimers.
In case any trainee or guardian requires clarification regarding the validity, applicability or nature of training certificates, they are advised to obtain written clarification from the authorized asscoiate centre Owner or directly from Sarva Education before taking admission.
20. Waiver of Liability & No Legal Claim Clause
By applying for admission, enrolling in any training program, or associating with Sarva I.T & Educational Development (SITED) as a trainee, training centre owner or stakeholder, the concerned individual expressly acknowledges and agrees to the terms, policies, notices, disclaimers and conditions published on the official website/s and in related page/s and document/s.
It is clearly understood and agreed that Sarva Education (SITED) provides non-formal training programs for skill development, computer literacy and self-employment awareness. The organization does not claim to provide statutory degree, doploma and certificates programs, government-recognized academic qualifications or guaranteed employment opportunities.
Accordingly, the trainee, guardian, training centre owner or any associated individual voluntarily waives the right to bring any legal claim, complaint or demand for compensation against Sarva Education (SITED), its management, staff members, authorized training centres or associated representatives for matters arising from:
- Admission in any training program
- Nature, recognition, or applicability of training certificates
- Employment opportunities or job placements
- Fee disputes between trainees and training centre owners
- Personal expectations regarding course outcomes
All individuals interacting with Sarva Education programs do so voluntarily and at their own discretion, after reviewing the relevant policies and disclaimers available on the official website.
Sarva Education (SITED) shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, dispute, or misunderstanding arising from participation in its training programs or association with its authorized centres.
However, nothing contained in this clause shall restrict Sarva Education (SITED) from exercising its right to take appropriate legal action against any individual or entity that misuses the organization's name, reputation, intellectual property, or authorization.
21. Non-Refund Policy Disclaimer
All fees paid to Sarva I.T. & Educational Development (SITED) / Sarva Education / Sarva Computer Education towards admission, registration, examination, certification, training, franchise authorization, study materials, or any other services are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Once a candidate has completed the admission process and paid the required fees, the amount paid shall not be refunded, adjusted, or transferred to any other person, course, centre, or session, whether the candidate attends the classes or not.
Similarly, any fees paid by training centre owners or franchise associates towards centre authorization, renewal, registration, or other related services shall also be non-refundable and non-adjustable.
Candidates and centre associates are strongly advised to carefully read and understand all rules, regulations, and terms & conditions before making any payment.
By making the payment or signing the Admission Form / Centre Authorization Form, the concerned individual acknowledges and agrees to this Non-Refund Policy, and no claim or dispute regarding refund shall be entertained in the future.
22. Important Declaration
Therefore, if you are looking to open a new training centre or take admission in any of our authorized associate centres, it is mandatory as per the rules of Sarva I.T. & Educational Development (SITED) to carefully read the above-mentioned disclaimers, clarifications, public notice and all other terms and conditions mentioned in the Centre Authorization Form, Admission Form and other official documents.
By signing the Admission Form as a trainee or signing the Centre Authorization Form as a training centre associate, it shall be presumed and deemed that you have fully read, understood and agreed to all disclaimers, clarifications, and terms and conditions mentioned in the respective documents.
Therefore, no claim, objection or excuse shall be entertained in the future on the grounds of lack of knowledge, misunderstanding or failure to read the said terms and conditions.
23. Final Legal Notice – Sarva Education (SITED)
Be it known that any trainee, centre owner, member of the public, organization, or employee of any governmental or private entity who, without fully reading and understanding the foregoing provisions, undertakes or participates in any act intended to defame, disparage, misrepresent, or tarnish the reputation of Sarva Education, Sarva Computer Education, or the SITED brand—whether through misleading advertisements, false statements, defamatory publications, social media posts, or by initiating frivolous, malicious, or baseless legal proceedings—shall be deemed solely responsible and liable for such actions.
Sarva Education expressly reserves the absolute right to initiate appropriate civil and/or criminal proceedings, including but not limited to defamation and other applicable legal remedies, before a court of competent jurisdiction against any individual(s) or entity(ies) involved in such acts.
The concerned individual(s) or entity(ies) shall be held fully liable for all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from such actions, including but not limited to legal fees, litigation expenses and compensation or damages awarded by the court.
