This notice is applicable to all Sarva Education affiliated or franchised computer centres or computer institutes in India, All computer education franchise centres have to follow below mentioned notice, rules & regulations which are prescribed for all Sarva Education affiliated or franchise centres or institutes in India:-

• Our Computer Centre franchise Head or Computer Institute Franchise director shall have to renew his/her computer centre affiliation, computer center franchise, computer institute authorization certificate every year before due date.

• If Computer Centre Affiliationis not renewed in before due date then centre will automatically deem to be cancelled without any prior notice and other computer institute franchise, computer center affiliation, computer education franchise will be allotted, granted, issued in the same area to third party.

• Computer Institute Franchise- owner/head shall send student Registration forms before one month of examination. If admission forms with registration fee are not submitted in time then centre head has to pay prescribed late fee extra with registration fee (if applicable) and no excuse will be entertained.

• No registration form without student signature, photo, required copies of certificates, Ph. No., Address, will be accepted.

• After submitting Scan Copies of Admission forms along with fee to Head Office, Centre Head can add, update student’s roll number entry at head office website.

• To run any scheme in our authorised computer center, concerned computer Center Franchise Owner has to take permission form Sarva Education Head Office. Computer Franchise Centre Head will be fully liable/responsible if he/she does not have any permission to run any scheme or courses in his/her centre and Sarva Education cannot be held liable for the same.

• If any centre head is found misusing the legal contents of sarva education website, prospectus, courses, ebooks, computer affiliation/franchise offer or proposal etc. then legal action will be taken for the same & respective computer franchise centre head will be fully responsible for its consequences.
